On the Phone with Jimmy Nielsen

With the recent dismissal of keeper Kevin Hartman, the Kansas City Wizards went shopping for another veteran presence in the net. Their search took them all the way to Denmark and yielded Danish Superliga stalwart Jimmey Nielsen, most recently of Vejle Boldklub. Prior to his time at Veijle he spent 12 season with Aalborg AB, current home of American players Chris Rolfe and Marcus Tracy.

Nielsen spoke to MLS Insider last week on the final day of the Wizards’ Arizona training camp and a had a few things to say about fellow Dane and former Wizard Miklos Molnar and his time in America so far. To hear all of this and more press play on the video above.
