Earthquakes at the Emirates

This weekend the San Jose Earthquakes traded California for Chigwell when they departed the Bay Area for a 10-day training stint in London. During their time in England, the ‘Quakes will train at Tottenham Hotspur’s Spur Lodge training facilities and take on Spur’s reserve side as well as that of West Ham United. In addition to their training commitments, the guys are making the most of their time abroad and taking in the local sights. On Saturday a few members of the team including Joe Cannon and Chris Leitch made their way to North London to watch Arsenal host Burnley at the Emirates Stadium. While most of the guys where able to get in, not all where seated together. For Leitch, this meant a surprise trip to the away support section and 90 minutes of Burnley fanaticism.
